We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our podiatry practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and performing other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an ability to multitask and stay organized, and a working knowledge of podiatry procedures. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Collect patient information, including insurance information and payment information.
• Provide information about podiatry services and procedures.
• Assist with billing and coding procedures.
• Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm (closed for an hour lunch)
• Closed for 6 Holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
